Hydration of body is all about the means to make sure the physical body is taken care of through nutrition and fitness and learning how to challenge what you’re capable of.

We all know that we should be getting some type of exercise, but after getting the kids off to school, making sure the cat has food, getting home from work, and getting caught up on your favorite shows, where is the time to work out.  If that describes you, we get it. Hydration of Mind:
Hydration of mind means to be in a growth mindset and learning new ways to grow through podcasts, books, motivational quotes, and inspirational ideas to ponder.

Winter can be tough for many reasons, it’s cold, it’s dark, the holidays are over, everything just seems more difficult.  If that’s not enough, it is much easier to feel depressed during these winter months. We decided to research remedies to seasonal depression and found that walking was advised by doctors, psychologists, and scientists who study how depression works in the brain.

Hydration of Spirit:

Hydrating the spirit is making sure that life is full of joy and an abundance of smiles!

It’s been a long week at work or in the gym and you might be feeling drained of all energy and you are wishing you had a reset button. What if we told you that we found that reset button. All you need are two things

  • A dark room that we can lay down and close your eyes in

This morning, our receptionist, Ariana, came into the office and noticed everyone seemed groggy and needed to hit that reset button. So, we all made our way into our biggest and darkest room and laid on our backs with our eyes closed and she played this playlist.

All it took was 15 minutes and our energy was restored for the rest of the day. Give it a try for yourself and let us know how it benefits you!

Today is World Down Syndrome Day!! This is a global awareness day that has been observed by the United Nations since 2012.

Why was March 21st chosen to represent this day? Well, the 3rd month represents the uniqueness of the triplication of the 21st chromosome that actually causes Down Syndrome to occur.
