So, we decided to give you the ultimate fat burner that you can do throughout the week when your time is crunched and you just need to get that workout in!

We like to call it "The 5x5":

 

5 Jumping Jacks

10 High Knees

5 Jumping Jacks

10 High Knees

5 Jumping Jacks

10 High Knees

5 Jumping Jacks

10 High Knees

5 Jumping Jacks

10 High Knees

 

2 Minute Rest

 

Repeat the above process 4 more times! Now, if you have extra time built into your schedule, go for a 30 minute cool down walk! It will help your body relax and recover from the intense workout!
